Acceptance of Terms

By using the logo generator on this website, or by downloading any logo generated on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the logo generator or download any logos generated on this website.

Grant of License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the logo that is generated for you. You may use the logo for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

Promoting your business
Advertising your products or services
Identifying your business on your website, social media pages, and other online platforms
Placing the logo on your products, packaging, and other materials

You may not use the logo in any way that is likely to cause confusion among consumers or that is otherwise misleading or deceptive.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE LOGO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE LOGO WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT IT WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS. WE ALSO DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE LOGO WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ANY PARTICULAR SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE.

Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE LOGO, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the logo.

Intellectual Property Rights

We own all intellectual property rights in the logo, including, but not limited to, the copyright, trademark, and trade dress rights. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or otherwise use the logo in any way that infringes on our intellectual property rights.

Similarities to Other Logos

We are not responsible for any similarities between the logo that is generated for you and any other logos. You are responsible for ensuring that your logo is not confusingly similar to any other logos.

Termination

We may terminate your license to use the logo at any time, for any reason, or for no reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the logo.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the use of the logo. Any other terms or conditions proposed by you are hereby rejected and disclaimed.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms of Use and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Use shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

Notices

All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered by email to the following addresses: admin@logomaker.dev or to such other email addresses as either party may designate in writing from time to time. Notice delivered by email shall be deemed to have been delivered on the first business day following the transmission of the email.

Counterparts

These Terms of Use may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF

the parties have executed these Terms of Use as of the date of the first generation of a logo on LogoMaker.Dev.

By generating a logo on LogoMaker.Dev, you agree to adhere to these Terms of Use.
